Silicon Valley Builders Group (SVBG) is a General Construction company with expertise in various areas of construction. Our focus is on providing exterior repair and renovation to multi-unit residential communities such as townhomes, apartments, and condominiums. Our team of qualified personnel are experts in dealing with the typical community issues such as siding and trim replacement, water damage, deck/balcony repairs, staircases, fencing, concrete, wrought iron, waterproofing, and more. We work with construction management companies, community managers, and the homeowner association’s boards to accurately assess different projects and bring well-crafted, value-driven solutions.

Management and Expertise

Project managers, superintendents and lead foreman are assigned to oversee and run projects from beginning to end. In addition to this, SVBG Project Managers are responsible for attending Board meetings, documenting change orders, posting notices, as well as conducting onsite walk-throughs and project status meetings.

FLORESTA GARDENS HOA

Extensive dry rot and termite damage led to an overall deteriorating complex and sub-standard building and safety codes.

PETER COUTTS HOA

Evidence of dry rot and water damage led us to an investigation with construction managers and engineers to determine a solution and overall scope of work.

PARKVIEW GREEN HOA

Deterioration and dry rot of stringers due to improper construction and lack of flashing detail at rail post and stringer assembly.

PINE FOREST HOA

Improved and retrofitted balconies due to improper waterproofing measures and poor construction methods.

THE WATERS HOA

Remove and replace entire pool deck, wrought iron fencing, as well as tennis court fence.

THE CHERRY APARTMENTS

PG-E enclosures in several areas were in need of an upgrade, sever deterioration in all cases. Original enclosures did not match the complex’s look and style.

Deteriorating balconies had raised various safety concerns and potential code violations. The siding and trim had dry rot and termite damage.
