WATERPROOFING
When it comes to waterproofing, you need to have a licensed and certified applicator. SVBG is certified to install various waterproofing membranes and deck coating systems to ensure you are protected from the elements. We also work very closely with product manufacturers to design and engineer the proper waterproofing systems for individual projects. This relationship with the product manufacturer ensures longer warranty and consumer protections for our customers.
SIDING AND TRIM REPLACEMENT
Whether the project calls for lap, sheet, wood, or fiber cement siding, SVBG has installed it all. We can re-side an entire complex or complete miscellaneous repairs. When selecting a siding installer, it is important to use a company that has experience with all types of siding. SVBG understands siding products can differ in installation. For example, nailing patterns, flashing, waterproofing techniques etc. can all differ from one product to the next.
BALCONY/ PATIO / STAIRCASE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT

WROUGHT IRON AND ALUMINUM FABRICATION
SVBG works with all kinds of materials, not the least of which is wrought iron and aluminum. As many people know, wrought iron and aluminum make up many of the railings, pool fences, walkways, etc. at many communities. SVBG has the capability to repair or replace railings and fences to match existing structures, or we can create entirely new designs. Our expert welders can bring railings up to code, or we can provide a new look and feel to a community with many new aluminum rail and wrought iron options available.
CONCRETE/MASONRY
SVBG specializes in all phases of concrete/masonry related improvements or repairs. Our in-house staff of masons can take on any project ranging from concrete pool decks, sidewalk repairs, intricate retaining walls systems, or simply installing a cultured stone patio. No matter what the specifics, our goal is to impress customers with our attention to detail.
PAINTING
SVBG offers painting in combination with our construction services. While some painters will unfortunately ignore deteriorated, decayed, or rusted material, we help identify these issues as part of our painting process. We replace or repair ahead of the project so there are no hidden surprises. In addition to this, SVBG painters use the best products, ensure the proper work techniques, and employ expert project management. The end result is a beautiful paint job that will make the community members proud.
ROOFING

STUCCO
While stucco is an excellent solution to protecting a building from the elements, stucco buildings can still be susceptible to water damage. SVBG employees have a trained eye for cracks, depressions, and normal wear and tear, indicating problems with stucco walls. Once we have identified the reasons for the damage, we will make recommendations for a proper solution. Finally, we will take wet plaster and create patterns that are similar to your older stucco.

SVBG has quality craftsmen in-house who can work to design or redesign any decorative features in a community. We also know how to design these decorative structures to withstand the elements. For example, arbors and trellises need the proper flashing, priming, and fasteners to ensure water protection and longevity.
